Join fellow mamas for a full-body work-out where babies and toddlers come along for the ride. These fun and motivating 60-minute group classes incorporate cardio intervals, strength training, core work and stretching to leave you energized to take on the hectic demands of motherhood. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels with modifications offered to challenge you at your own pace.
Mama Beast classes are now offered at seven different outdoor locations! Moms can join for full sessions (new one starts Sept 9th!) or with flexible class passes any time!
