Mama Beasts founder/AFFA personal trainer/group fitness exercise instructor, Antoinette Hemphill, is accepting clients for an 8-week summer personal training and coaching program to target women’s specific needs, goals, and challenges. This is an individualized virtual program with ongoing support. Due to the personal focus of the program, spots are extremely limited and an 8-week-commitment is mandatory.

  • Initial Goal-Setting Call or Meeting.

  • Individual Fitness Assessment.

  • Personalized, progressive workout plans to follow for 8 weeks (updated on a weekly basis)

  • Weekly virtual check-ins to ensure you stay on track.

  • Access to MBM Project private FB group with exercise demos, FB Live talks, and more.

  • A project completion plan at end of 8 weeks.
