Mama Beasts founder/AFFA personal trainer/group fitness exercise instructor, Antoinette Hemphill, is accepting clients for a spring personal training and coaching program to target women’s specific needs, goals, and challenges. There is an in-person and completely virtual option. Due to the personal focus of the program, spots are extremely limited and an 8-week-commitment is mandatory.

IN-PERSON MBM PROGRAM

This program includes:

  • Initial Goal-Setting Meeting

  • Individual Fitness Assessment.

  • Personalized, progressive workout plans to follow for 8 weeks.

  • Daily virtual check-in.

  • Weekly phone-call check-in.

  • Four 30 minute personal training sessions with option to add on sessions at discounted rate.

  • Access to MBM Project private FB group.

  • A project completion plan at end of 8 weeks.

VIRTUAL MBM PROGRAM

This program includes:

  • Initial Goal-Setting Meeting

  • Individual Fitness Assessment.

  • Personalized, progressive workout plans to follow for 8 weeks.

  • Weekly virtual check-ins.

  • Access to MBM Project private FB group.

  • A project completion plan at end of 8 weeks.
