High-ENERGY WORK-OUTS for LOW-KEY LADIES
Join a supportive and fun community of local women who enjoy high-energy work-outs in a non-intimidating environment. These one-hour classes are suitable for all fitness levels, as modifications are always offered. Work-outs incorporate cardio intervals, strength training, and loads of core work for women who want to get stronger, increase energy, and de-stress! Babies and kiddos don't come along for these ones. And you don't have to be a mom to participate! We have participants of all ages and fitness levels. Each class is a little different, so we keep those muscles guessing and you'll never get bored. Join for a full session or with a flexible class pass.
